Technical verification for Indonesia from SGS - enabling you to export products and goods to Indonesia.

Indonesia’s Ministry of Trade has mandated that a wide range of goods be inspected prior to export to the country to demonstrate compliance with various national regulations. To meet the Indonesian market requirements our technical verification services identify the eligibility of the goods to be imported into Indonesia as well as the quantity, tariff classification and Ministry of Trade specifications.

The issuance of the SGS report known as a Laporan Surveyor or Surveyor’s Report facilitates international trade, reduces the risk of delays in Customs clearance and reduces potential losses from the import of non-compliant goods.

Regulations and objectives differ for each type of goods. Items currently covered are:

  • Ceramics
  • Color copiers
  • Digital media
  • Electronics
  • Flat glass
